Our talented wedding team is experienced at transforming ballrooms, large and small, into gorgeous, vow-perfect settings. Ceremony costs vary depending on number of guests and space utilized with in the hotel and includes a bridal ready room, microphone and sound system, cha irs, set up and complimentary use of the site for rehearsal (based on ava ilability). Wedding Fact Sheet Deposits The Hilton Indianapolis requires a $1,000.00 non- refundable deposit due with the signed contract. An additional deposit equal to one ha lf of the tota l ba lance is due 30 days prior to the event date and a final balance payment is Due 10 days prior to your wedding day. Service Charges and Indiana State Taxes A 16% Indiana Room Tax will be applied to all guest rooms. A 9% Indiana Sta te Sa les Tax will be applied to all food and beverage charges. A 22 % service charge will a lso be applied to all food and beverage. Menu Arrangements All deta ils pertinent to your event will be needed by the Catering Department 90 days prior to the event date. Menu selections are limited to one item. If two items are selected, the h igher price will prevail for all meals. Ch ildren’s meals and specia l dietary meals can be arranged. All Packages require a minimum of fifty guests. Our Catering Staff will be happy to create a specia lized menu for you. Revenue Minimums All agreed upon revenue minimums are excluding service charge and sales tax. Th is is a minimum amount only. Your balance will reflect your menu price selection per person multiplied by your final guaranteed head count. Full Service Assistance The Catering Department can provide assistance in arranging for flowers, enterta inment, photographer, limousine service, videographer, specia lty linens and cha ir covers. An afternoon wedding reception tends to follow a mid-morning wedding ceremony. This time of day typically represents a less formal wedding event.
