					                                 Brad Bascue – Dedicated Sports Coach

Brad Bascue received Associate’s Degree from Garden City Community College in the year 1985. He played
baseball at Garden City Community College in 1986 and 1987. Later, he attended Emporia state University from
1988-1989. He was a second time All American in 1989. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
He has also completed fifteen hours towards his Masters in Educational Leadership. He is the recipient of
Kansas Physical Education Teaching Certificate K-12.

From 1996-1998, Brad Bascue was the Head baseball coach at Emporia High In Emporia KS. He was Assistant
football coach from 1998-1999 at Garden City High School. From 2002-2007, he was the Head Varsity Baseball
coach at Garden High School. From the year 2008 to 2011, he has served as Head Baseball Coach and
Assistant Football Coach at Holcomb High School. His coaching experiences also include working as an
assistant athletic director and assistant football coach at Holcomb High School. There, he taught the at-risk
program to address students with needs for grades nine through twelve. His assistant football duties covered
teaching the offensive line and defensive ends in 2010.

Throughout his career, Brad Bascue has helped many amateur players in overcoming their weaknesses. He
has always been a keen observer and assisted students in improving their performance in the field. His useful
tips and valuable guidance has encouraged players to perform at the best of their abilities. Brad Bascue is a
family man and makes sure to find out time from his busy schedule to spend time with his family. He has been
married to Lisa Bascue for 25 years and has two children. Whenever he takes a break from his coaching
activities, he along with his wife, loves to watch their kids participating in several sports activities. He is a lifelong
learner and a critical thinker.
