					    EMPLOYEE PHOTO IDENTIFICATION AND ELECTRONIC ACCESS CARDS

Welcome to HP! As a new HP employee, you are required to have and display your HP issued
photo identification badge at all times while on HP property.

Depending on your geographic location, we ask that you follow one of the below processes in
order to have your photo identification processed:

       1. On-Site Processing
       2. Satellite Site Processing
       3. Self-Service Site Processing


On-Site Processing:

U.S. Large Sites at HP offer fully staffed security departments with full badging/access services,
known as Badging Centers.

If your home site is or you live within 50 miles of a US Large Site, please contact the
appropriate Badging Office to arrange a time for you to have your Photo
Identification Badge/Access card processed. For assistance in locating the
nearest badging office, please refer to this Badging Site List.

You must bring the following to your appointment:

       1. Your official HP Welcome letter with your HP employee ID number
       2. Completed New Hire Field/Photo ID / Photo Badge Access Form

Your HP Photo Identification Badge/Access card will be processed and issued to you at that time.

Note: Many of our Large Sites Badging Centers do NOT require an appointment and service all
requests on a first come/first served basis. To ensure you receive the best service, please contact
the appropriate Badging Office to verify site requirements for badging prior to day one of your
employment.

Satellite Site Processing:

Many of HP’s smaller sites offer limited on-site security staffing and in such cases, Security
partners with the Global Real Estate Services (GRES) group to provide employee services. At such
satellite sites, security personnel have the capability of taking digital photos to be sent to HP’s
Houston Badging Office for processing.


If your home site is or you live within 50 miles of a satellite site, please contact the
appropriate Badging office to arrange a time for you to have your digital photo
taken. In order to have your photo ID ready for you on your first day of
employment, we urge you to perform this action at least 3 business days before
your start date.

You must bring the following to your appointment:

        1. Your official HP Welcome letter with your HP employee ID number
        2. Completed New Hire Field/Photo ID / Photo Badge Access Form


A security representative will take a digital photograph and e-mail it to the Houston Badging
Office for processing. The completed Photo Identification/Access card will be sent back to the
security representative within 72 hours from time of receipt, which is why we ask that you make
arrangements with a minimum of 3 business days prior to your start date so that your Photo
Identification Badge/Access Card will be waiting for you at your site on Day One of your
employment with HP.

Note: Where applicable, your Photo Identification card will also be programmed with electronic
access to your home site; any additional or restricted access requirements need to be addressed
with your local security representative.

Self-Service Site Processing:

If you are an employee whose home site is not a US Large Site or Satellite Site, nor do you live
within 50 miles of such, HP will need a digital photograph for your identification badge. We
suggest that you contact local businesses such as Kinko’s, Passport photo agencies, etc… to
determine if they are able to provide this service. Contact your HP manager for information
regarding reimbursement for costs relating to digital photography services.

HP photo identification badge requirements include: jpg format, head and shoulders only, blue or
off-white background.

Once your digital image is captured, you will need to mail the image via electronic mail to
HouPhotoID@hp.com. You will need to complete the New Hire Photo ID / Photo Badge Access
Form, being sure to include the following information: your full name; your HP identification
number (available on your HP Welcome letter); your official start date; the complete address to
which you would like your HP badge mailed; your phone number; and the digital image.


Note: Where applicable, your Photo Identification card will also be programmed with electronic
access to your home site; any additional or restricted access requirements need to be addressed
with your local security representative.

Once your image and information are received, your HP badge will be processed and mailed in
the order received in the badging office to the address you specify on your hire date, or within 5
business days of your start date. You will receive an electronic mail message confirming that your
badge has been mailed. Shipping time will vary based upon your location.

Follow all security access requirements while on HP property. Employee/Contingent Worker Photo IDs, Card Access and Keys must be returned upon
termination. Sharing Photo IDs and Access Cards is prohibited. Report lost or stolen ID, access cards and security keys to Security Services
