      Take over charge of the grid station from the counterpart of outgoing shift.
      Supervise the grid station during shift hours for safe, efficient and smooth operation,
       taking care of load demand.
      Communicate with NPCC during shift hours.
      Ensure recording of parameters as per log sheet.
      Monitor recorded parameters from log sheet.
      Analyze grid station operating parameters.
      Communicate with maintenance and P& I sections.
      Participate in fault investigation and propose remedial measures.
      Hand over charge of the grid station to the counterpart of incoming shift.
      Ensure grid station integrity by taking round of the grid station.

Internship Experience

Kot Addu Power Company Limited (KAPCO)
       Worked as an internship trainee at Block-3 from June 19, 2003 to July 27, 2003 for
six weeks under the supervision of Resident Engineer of Block-3. During the internship,
there was a shut down at Block-3(GT-13, GT-14, ST-15) and the machines were open for
overhauling. A lot of learning and knowledge was gained during this period.
