I.         Welcome: President Dee Dee Barry called the meeting to order at 5PM. ~15 people were in
           attendance.

II.        Presentation: “Stripped Bass Spawning Stock Assessments: Neuse River, NC” by Bob
           Barwick

III.       Meeting Minutes: Reviewed by members from the last meeting – October 5, 2005.

           a) The 59 Annual SEAFWA Conference; St Louis, MO (Oct. 16-19, 2005).
                        Jenny Woodroffe & Dr. Anthony Overton attended. Dr. Overton presented.

           b) The 17 Biennial ERF Conference; Norfolk, VA (Oct. 16-20, 2005)
                        Chris Voss, Becky Deehr, Dr. Joe Luczkovich, and Dr. Roger Rulifson attended.
                        Dr. Rulifson presented.

           b) The 7 Annual ECU-AFS Banquet (December 2, 2005); Planning committee
                     Speaker – Mr. Tom Bigford
           c) The 2006 Tidewater Chapter Meeting: Atlantic Beach, NC (Jan. 26-28, 2006)
                     Dr. Anthony Overton is President elect and has asked ECU-AFS to handle
                     registration fees for the meeting as the Tidewater Treasurer (and ECU student)
                     Wes Patrick accepted a job in Rhode Island. Dr. Overton has also asked that ECU-
                     AFS host a night fishing tournament. First call for papers-October 15, 2005.
           d) The 2006 Southern Division Meeting: San Antonio, TX (Feb. 8-11, 2006)
                     First call for Papers-December 1, 2005. No other information available.
           e) Workshops/Guest Speaker Ideas- None
