Sr. Manager Projects and Plannings 26+ Either Graduate in Engineering preferable with Management qualification 1. Productivity tools (MS Office, MS Project) 2. knowledge of Networking devices for data and voice 3. WAN and data communication 1. 5+ years in implementation of business applications/systems or experience of technology solution design for IT infrastructure / application 2. Experience of technical documentation 3. Experience in co-coordinating with foreign clients. 4. Preparation of proposals Project plan 5. Experience in large BPO is preferred 1. Knowledge and experience on technology used in Call center, like ACD, outbound, inbound, Networking, VPN, Security etc Experience in Project planning and Management of IT infrastructure Projects. Business knowledge on Call center industry. Good communication skill Planning and detailing skill Co-ordination and Project Management Able to demonstrate project management leadership qualities, Commitment, Analytical and strategic Thinking. Should be able to co-ordinate the Project management, implementation of technology/process Customer and vendor co-ordination, rapport building Should possess knowledge of business processes in BPO industry.

Technology Support for Business Development

Co-ordination with Potential / existing Client and business development team for projecting the IT infrastructure and info security need for the Organization and the gap analysis. 2. Evaluation of new technology and guiding the organization for the selection and implementation of the same 3. Evaluation of key products /technologies for expansion and replacement and cocoordinating the procurement process 4. Strategy planning & Budgetin
Planning and design and integration with new sites and new systems 6. Co-coordinating with various consultants different IT related activities like, IT Security, WAN stability, etc. Service oriented Motivating the Project team and keeping high degree of moral and enthusiasm. Co-ordinate with the Service Delivery Leader to take review of status of existing projects and requirement for new projects also Able to design new systems and procedures to effectively manage the quality of operations
