Conduct the Annual Performance Appraisal exercise with a view to maintain and boost the morale of the employees To comply the provisions various Labor statutes To administer the good discipline at the work place through various measures Implement Performance reward system at the specific intervals To motivate the employees by devising innovative motivational programs, incentive policies. To follow the norms required to maintain Quality Standards To be an active member in driving ISO 9000 certification in the organization. To present to the clients the HR initiatives taken to source and retain suitable manpower to conduct a business Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the purpose of internal and external use To ensure discipline at the shop floor Escalate HR issues to the top management Taking performance review of the team members at regular intervals To sanction the leaves to the subordinate staff as per the Leave Rules of the company
