Job Description:  The person will be a part of the Mumbai HR Team based at our development
center in Mumbai located at SEEPZ, reporting to the Senior Manager – HR

 The primary emphasis of the job would be:
o o o o o Compensation Management Payroll Inputs Global Database Management & HR MIS People Processes (Appraisals, Mentorship, etc.) Exit process, Final Settlements & Statutory Settlements

 To implement & institutionalize core HR initiatives related to Compensation
and benefits, People Processes across the center.

 In addition to the above, he would play a crucial role in maintaining cordial
Employee Relations at one of the business units.

 He would be responsible for the team management and grooming of 1 or 2
team member(s) who would be directly reporting to him.

Desired Profile:
 Experience of around 3-6 years - out of which the candidate should have hands on experience of at least 2 year on Payroll Inputs, Handling Employee Database & HR MIS and Exit formalities/processes. Knowledge of Compensation Surveys, People Processes will be an added advantage. Should have been in a reputed medium sized or large company. Experience of software industry is desirable but not compulsory. The person should be a self-starter with “can do” attitude with good spoken & written skills, with good conceptual clarity & people skills. The person should be good at facts and figures. Should be a graduate from any stream with good academics. PG qualification in HR is desirable but not mandatory.
