					Job Description for Lead Management Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive Lead management Department: Information Technology Work Experience: Fresher – 2 years Job Profile:
        Managing daily lead sets for CRM and Collection processes. Uploading leads as per the business requirements. Forecasting for all the projects by analyzing historical data. Trend analysis for all the projects. Review current business strategies. Formulating lead breakup and dialing strategies. Preparing daily/weekly report for lead health. Supporting the dialer ops team for daily dialing strategy by providing daily data as per the business requiremnents

Skill Set required:
 Sound knowledge of MS-SQL Server/ SQL Server 2005.  Excellent knowledge of SQL queries and SQL commands.  Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytical services will be an added advantage.  Excellent analytical skills  Good verbal and written communication  Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL.  Should be quick learner to grasp new business strategies.  Should be willing to work in shifts.
