A high caliber MBA with 8 – 10 years of prior experience in sales function. Preferably having experience in Airlines  He / She should have a thorough understanding of the drivers of the business and should have demonstrated the ability to adapt and deliver in an aggressive and competitive environment Would be responsible for:  Meeting the sales / collection targets  Controlling topline and bottomline activities  Planning growth and expansion  Marketing strategy  Advertising  Promotions  Brand Management  Retail and Institutional Sales Management  Monitoring competitors activities Head – Sales As per industry standards


