To support the business strategy development for the Company duly supported by the individual functional strategies, preparation of the rolling strategic plan and annual operating budgets, development and implementation of a comprehensive MIS package, support product development through expense modeling and monitoring.

To initiate and prepare six year rolling strategic plan for the company in line with the shareholder objectives

Supporting Actions (How it is Done)
     Coordinate with the Functions for the inputs from them. Robust financial model Research and analyse existing industry data Ensure preparation of plan Prepare the Presentation of the Plan Robust budgeting system Develop budgeting timetables Ensure functional inputs are received Monitor & control the budgeting process Obtain specific requirements from recipients Finalise the formats and timeline for reports Ensure maximum systems support to automate and document the reports Ensure timely preparation of reports

To ensure development of monthly functional operating budgets incl. headcount planning along with the consolidated operating budgets for the company

To support preparation of MIS Reports to facilitate informed decision making and to review the actual performance of each function as against the budgets

3) Principal Accountabilities
Accountability (What to be Done)
To act as a focal point for consolidation of all the Financial Plan . Also to act as central contact point for all the informations being required by Sponsors To ensure maintenance of expense control procedures & policies and their adherence in their respective functions. To evaluate the monthly variance of the actuals with the Plan and coordinate with the Functions to bring in efficiency.



Coordinate with all the verticals within the team To discuss with the Functions and sensitise the key business drivers To support development of expense control procedures and policies and get them approved To ensure that the policy is adhered by the respective functions. To ensure reporting of non adherence

 

1. To support the preparation of the strategic plan in an uncertain industry environment 2. Interact with the respective functions to ensure financial discipline in those functions to bridge the gap between the finance and non-finance functional line of thinking. 3. Development, implementation and upgradation of a comprehensive MIS package for informed decision making for a new company with ever increasing needs/requirements from the promoters and senior management and automate the process to ensure timely preparation and fast upgradation for changes required.

1. Development of a secondary financial analyst.

2. MIS Executives – To prepare the MIS – Sales, Financial, Non-Financial and others for the
regulator, promoters, and internal customers. Preparation of presentations for the Board, EC, Press.
