Also to act as central contact point for all the informations being required by Sponsors To ensure maintenance of expense control procedures & policies and their adherence in their respective functions. To evaluate the monthly variance of the actuals with the Plan and coordinate with the Functions to bring in efficiency. Supporting Actions (How it is Done)  Coordinate with all the verticals within the team To discuss with the Functions and sensitise the key business drivers To support development of expense control procedures and policies and get them approved To ensure that the policy is adhered by the respective functions.
