					EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

KEY RESULT AREAS 1. RECEPTION   2.    3.  Handling front office, receiving & forwarding calls Sending/Receiving fax, noting telephone messages. Online / Manual Ticket Booking Hotel Bookings Arranging Cabs for Travel to and from airport ( Pan India ) Coordinating Appointment Requests - Checking with the Managing Partner/CFO/Investment Principal on his/her availability & informing the person seeking his appointment.        3.     4. 5.      6. Scheduling of Weekly Business Calendar Scheduling Meetings Preparing & Emailing Agenda of the meetings to the participants if required Handling Pre Meeting Requisites – Documents ; Presentations ; Visiting Cards Booking on Conference / Meeting room availability in advance Emailing the Meeting Schedule Preparing & Emailing minutes of the meetings to the participants Compiling Weekly & Monthly Reports Managing the database on all deals Inputting of simple Profit and Loss data Keeping Records of these Reports Scanning of visiting cards, maintain contacts database Ensure running of Telephone/internet/pantry/housekeeping/AMC/fax/Printer Ordering of stationery Handling Couriers –International & Domestic Overall responsibility to ensure smooth running of office administration.



Cordinating with Bank for Cheque book/ statements/advices.
