ONLINE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

It is NOT necessary to submit the following forms:
1. Report on Proficiency in English
2. Information Concerning Foreign Student Academic Records
3. Transcript Release Form
LETTERS OF REFERENCE
Three letters of reference are required.
1. Letters of reference can be submitted online as the attached files to the online
2. Letters of reference can also be submitted as hard copies via postal mail: Your
referee should enclose the letter in a sealed envelope and sign their name across the
back seal. References should be included in the application package; they should
not be sent separately to the Fulbright office.
All letters of reference must be submitted by the application deadline. Applications
that are missing reference letters will be considered incomplete.
Please upload scanned copies of the following to the online application:
--Notarized diplomas for all degrees
--Certified English translation of each diploma
--Original transcripts for each degree
--Certified English translation of each transcript
--International TOEFL score report
If you are unable to scan documents, you must send notarized photocopies of the
supplementary documents to the Fulbright office via postal mail by the deadline.
--Signature form: All applicants must send a paper copy of the signature form to the
Fulbright office by the deadline. Sign the form as though you were signing a legal
TOEFL: Applicants must have an International TOEFL score of 92 (iBT) or higher to be
eligible for the program. Only International TOEFL scores from April 2006 to April 2008 will
GRE: The finalists will be asked to sit for the GRE exam in May/June using vouchers
provided by the Fulbright Program.
All applications must be labeled “Application for the Fulbright Sc & T Program” and submitted
by 5:00p.m, May 9, 2008 to the following address:
