					There are two classes of membership in the chamber. Below is the detail:
Corporate Member
A member of a trade organization which is either a body corporate or a multinational corporation
with its head office or branch office in Pakistan or a sales tax registered manufacturing concern or a
sales tax registered business concern having annual turn-over of Rs. 50 million or above shall be a
“Corporate Member”
Associate Member
A member of a trade organization which is not a body corporate or a multinational or a sales tax
registered manufacturing concern or a sales tax registered business concern having annual turn-
over of Rs. 50 million or above shall be a “Associate Member”.
The admission fee/subscription shall be refunded to the applicant, if his application is rejected. If
after acceptance of the application the applicant doses not want to become a member, his
admission fee/subscription shall be forfeited to the chamber and shall not be refunded to him/them.
Membership fee
Corporate Class → Admission Re. 1500/- Annual fee Rs. 3000/- Total Rs. 4500/-
Associated Class → Admission Rs 1500/- Annual fee Rs. 2000/- Total Rs. 3500/-
Membership shall be granted in the light of above mentioned criteria and there shall be no
discretion to choose the membership class by the prospective member. An application for
membership must accompany with the following relevant documents:-


Proprietorship

1                A copy of CNIC of Proprietor.

                 A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate and latest Income Tax Return

                 where applicable, on the name of proprietorship business.
                 Two photograph of the proprietor for pasting on the application form.

4                Original copy of bank certificate on the name of business.



Partnership / AOP

1                Copies of CNICs of Partners.

                 A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate and latest Income Tax Return

                 where applicable, on the name of the firm.
                 Two photograph of the representative for pasting on the application form.

4                A copy of Partnership Deed duly registered with Registrar of Firms, Islamabad.

                 A written consent of all the Partners on letter head nominating one of the Partners

                 as representative in CNPWCCI.

6                Original copy of bank certificate on the name of business.
Private Limited / Limited Company

     Check    Requirements

1             Copies of CNICs of Directors.

              A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate and latest Income Tax Return

              where applicable, on the name of the Company.

3             A copy of Sales Tax Registration and latest Sales tax Return, if applicable.

              Copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association, duly approved by Securities &
5             Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) along with copy of certificate of
              incorporation by SECP

              Board Resolution nominating one of the Directors or General Manager in case of

              Public Limited Company / Multinational Company as authorized representative.

7             Original copy of bank certificate on the name of business.

MISSION STATEMENT To establish an organization whereby women entrepreneurs belonging to all tiers of society will find a forum to voice their concerns from, to seek assistance from and to return to for purposes of research and further development. GOAL • To create an environment conducive to the development of women entrepreneurs. • To provide a forum for local entrepreneurs where they can discuss, debate and resolve issues pertinent to their respective business ventures. • To help women entrepreneurs in establishing and consequently expanding their business interests nationally as well as internationally. • To create a network linking between business entrepreneurs to their colleagues in Pakistan and abroad. • To award and recognize outstanding performances by women entrepreneurs. • To invite and facilitate delegations of women entrepreneurs from home and abroad, to interact and exchange ideas/products with local entrepreneurs. • To equip women entrepreneurs with required skills in the fields of marketing and quality control geared toward product improvement. • To organize seminars, workshops and conferences for the purpose of raising awareness amongst the public in general and women. • To establish research and development centre to establish the product in local market and encourage exports. • To hold exhibitions and establish display centers and buying houses to establish the products. CONCEPTS To develop women entrepreneurs by encouraging entrepreneurship as a means of economic empowerment. For potential women entrepreneurs, the chamber aims to provide a one window facility. For established women entrepreneurs, the chamber will provide a forum for debate and discussion, opportunity to interact with their local and international counterparts as well as facilities for research and development.
