							HOW TO CREATE AN CUSTOMIZED RETAILER/CONCEPT GUIDELINES
Go to www.ourscrip.com
Sign in using your GroupID:
and Password:

Go to the Retailer Form under the Additional Features Section
Follow Step 1 to Select your Retailers and Concepts.
   Select your Retailers/Concepts by adding them one at a time or by selecting all and
    removing those items you do not want to appear by un-checking those boxes.
   Add the Retailers/Concepts to the file by clicking on the “Add selected Concepts to
    the Concept Form Creator” You will also see the number of certificates you have on
    your form.
Click Back To Main Selection
Step 2 will allow you to modify your selection.




Follow same instructions to remove Retailers that you used to add, and click on the
bar to remove items.
Printing your Guidelines:
Once you have established what Retailers and Concepts you intend to offer your families,
follow the link “Back to Main Selection” to Step 3
Click the “GO” on Step 3



One Template is available for Guidelines.
Template 1 is in Alphabetical Order




Click on Template. It should bring up your Download file option.




Save It!
Create a Folder for your Guidelines in place you can easily find and save.




Once Saved - Open Template
When the document opens, go to File and Page Setup:
 Follow these
 Steps:
 Make
 Orientation
 Landscape




Set Margins




Check Center
on Page
Tab to Sheet

Click on Rows to
repeat at Top




   Place Cursor
   on Row that
   has Concept,
   Discount, $,
   and
   Guidelines
   (Row 3)
   When
   numbers
   appear in
   Page Setup
   Field you
   may close by
   clicking on
   the X.
                                                                   Click OK to
                                                                   Save Settings




To set up the Page:

Highlight the sheet by placing cursor in corner top cell or block.
Go to Format, then Click on Cells with Cursor.
Set Alignment – Horizontal to General and Vertical to Top – Click OK
Adjust your Columns by placing cursor over lines indicated below and moving to
shorten or lengthen. (See example below)




Column A should be adjusted to length of longest concept name.
Column B should be adjusted to length of Discount Title.
Column C should be adjusted to length of Title.
Column D can be extended to dotted line, indicating end of page in Landscape
Orientation.
Center Columns




Place cursor above each column and click on each letter to highlight each column
and use alignment tab to center columns B and C.

Set Row Height:
Click in Corner of sheet. Highlight Sheet
Go to Format, Row and AutoFit




Your Guidelines should be completed.
Go to Print Preview to check your document.




It will show you your page breaks and number of pages
If you are happy with the Guidelines, ‘Save’ it in
your file!
