This GW-JJ Series Aluminum Shell/Frame Mechanical Tilting Coreless Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnace, also called as
Induction Smelting Furnace is for melting cast steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metals or its alloy. It can also
be used together with self-heated furnaces and electric arc furnace for heating or keeping warm/holding the molten iron and molten
steel. It is particularly suited to small and medium-size enterprises, or as Precision Casting Material Test. induction melting furnace
working with LF furnace / ladle refining furnace ,working as holding furnace ,working with forging machine ,working with rolling mill
machine, working with continues casting machine

1. Digital CMOS chip (U.S. ASIC-2-12), with the highest degree of integration at home, is used in control circuit, the overall machine
controlled through one single panel;
2. Frequency-sweep zero voltage start, high success rate, no shock;
3. Automatic resistance adjustment, permanent power output, 10-20% energy saved in comparison with domestic traditional machine
of the type;
4. Auto phase sequence adaptation, free of synchronization;
5. Good performance in reload staring, auto recovery;

Application
VHS Series IEC standard vertical hollow shaft motor, also called as VHS motor, the latest products of our factory, is three phase squirrel
cage induction motors, especially for driving vertical deep well turbine pump.
The motors are of high efficiency, high starting torque, quiet-running, low vibration, low temperature rise, can sustain heavy axial thrust

Application
OHS Series NEMA standard vertical hollow shaft motor is three phase squirrel cage induction motor, especially for driving vertical deep
well turbine pump. As a domestically initiative product, the motors reach the international advanced level of the latest NEMA Standard.
After being fitted with long-shaft typed pumps, the motors are widely used in pumping underground water in mine, city, farm, factory and
so forth.
