Job Title: Project Manager for State JAG Grant
Hours: approximately 24 hours a week (limited night and weekend work required)
Starting Pay: Range: $18- $20 per hour,

General Information:
        Longmont Community Justice Partnership (LCJP) is a growing Colorado nonprofit
organization whose mission is to cultivate a safe and caring community, reduce crime and bring
together those involved in crime or conflict to be heard creating justice for all. LCJP delivers
restorative justice services to Longmont and the St Vrain Valley School District.
        LCJP contracts with Colorado Judicial Department on a project grant in service to the
State Coordinating Council on Restorative Justice. During the scope of the current grant funded
project LCJP developed and launched a new statewide marketing & education campaign to build
a virtual community among restorative justice practitioners and programs.
        Maintaining a high standard of excellence in project deliverables and partnership
relationships, this project is currently in year three of the four year grant funding cycle. The
current focus for the project is the coordination of the 2012 RJ Summit in Denver Aug 9th -11th .
The year four request has been submitted and funding announcements are due in June.

Qualifications:
The Project Manager will need to have an understanding of restorative justice, experience in
event and project management. Preferably experience with collaborations, marketing as well as
grant reporting.

   2-3 years experience with proven success in event planning, and /or project management
   Clear understanding of restorative justice
   Facilitation and collaborative partnership experience
   College degree
   Excellent written and spoken communication skills
