					MATERIALS:

•   250 grams of meat snapper, cut into thin
•   150 grams of rice
•   1500 ml of water / chicken broth
•   1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
•   1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste
•   1 tbsp soy sauce
•   1 tbsp of cooking oil
•   1 tbsp ginger finely
•   1 stalk coriander leaves

BUMBU to reapply FISH:
(mix all ingredients, mix well):
1/4 tsp salt
Ground pepper to taste
1 tsp angciu

HOW TO MAKE A FISH MUSH:
1. Sprinkle fish with seasoning for meat grease, let stand for ± 15
minutes.
2. Cook the rice and water / chicken broth to a boil over low heat for 30
minutes.
Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce, stirring until blended.
3. Combine the fish with oil and ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
Remove and serve with a sprinkling of cilantro.
