Saturdays scheduled appointments will be seen before walk in appointments.

Written Prescriptions/Online Pharmacies:
Written prescriptions may be requested by our clients and picked up at our office during regular business hours.
Any client requesting a prescription to be filled through an online pharmacy must pick up a written prescription from our office and
submit it through the mail. Many online pharmacies use unethical tactics and sell counterfeit products. Therefore, we no longer call in
prescriptions or talk to online pharmacies. We know where our products originate from and when purchased through us the
manufacturers guarantee them for your pet.
As a client at our practice you have access to your pet’s medical records as well as an online pharmacy through our website. This allows
you to conveniently purchase your pet’s medications through our practice 24/7.
Vaccinations and Parasites:
All animals staying at our clinic are required to be current on the following vaccinations:
o Dogs: Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, Bordetella and Canine Influenza
o Cats: Rabies, FVRCP
It is the client’s responsibility to provide proof of vaccinations to us (in writing) when leaving a pet with us for any reason. Pets left with
us without proper proof of vaccination history will be given any needed vaccinations at the owner’s expense.
We recognize Bordetella as a 6 month vaccination. All vaccinations require time to take full effect. If possible, they should be
administered at least 48 hours in advance of stay at any facility.
It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that their pet is free of fleas, ticks and internal parasites when leaving a pet in our care for any
reason. Pets found to have fleas, ticks and/or internal parasites will be treated at the owner’s expense.
Drop off/pick up times are 7:30am-6:00pm M-F and 7:30am-12:00pm Saturday.
Animals being groomed or bathed on check out day should pick up no earlier than 11:00am. If you need to pick up at a specific time
please speak directly with our groomer at time of check in.
