EMPLOYEE NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT (Specific Locations)
IN CONSIDERATION of employment by ____________________ (hereinafter referred to as Company), the undersigned hereby agrees that upon the termination of employment with said Company and notwithstanding the cause of termination, the undersigned shall not compete with the business of the Company or its successors or assigns.
