The emerging destination for property! New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, in short the city of Noida came into being on the 17th of April in the year 1976. It was created under the UP Industrial Area Development Act and is 20km away from southeast Delhi. The city of Noida is in the district of Gautam Buddh Nagar in Uttar Pradesh and its head office is in Greater Noida which is in close proximity to Noida.
