The purpose of CII is to measurably improve the delivery of capital facilities.
A unique consortium of major owners, contractors, and academia, CII improves the
capital facility delivery process through effective and sustainable business practices.
CII’s advantage in capital facility research is its ability to combine credible, quantitative,
university-based research with the experience of its members, resulting in CII Practices
and tools to improve the engineering and construction industry.
