             Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Edgecombe County, North Carolina, made and entered
      in the action entitled “Edgecombe County vs. Robert Lee Everette, also known as Robert Lee Everett (File No.: 06-
      CVD-1085),” the undersigned commissioner will on the 6th day of March, 2007, offer for sale and sell for cash, to
      the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in Edgecombe County, Tarboro, North Carolina
      at noon the following described real property, lying and being in Number Six Township, State and County aforesaid,
      and more particularly described as follows:

      Being known as 9159 Speights Chapel Road. Also described as all that certain lot or parcel of land situated in No. 6
      Township Edgecombe County, North Carolina which begins at a point in the centerline of Speight's Chapel Road
      (SR. 1409), which point is 918.40 feet north of the intersection of S.R. 1409 and NC Hwy 33 (formally NC Hwy
      44), said point being a PK set in a centerline of S.R. 1409; point of place of BEGINNING; thence south 83 degrees
      33 minutes 30 seconds west 265.14 feet; thence north 08 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east 172 feet; thence south
      86 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds east 156.83 feet to a stake; thence south 86 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds east
      24.64 feet to an existing concrete nail in the centerline of S.R. 1409; thence south 21 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
      east 139.06 feet to the point and place of beginning and being all of Lot 1, containing 0.69 acres, according to a map
      prepared by Mack Gay Associates, PA, dated January 30, 1995.

            The sale will be made subject to all outstanding city and county taxes and all local improvement assessments
      against the above-described property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled cause. A deposit of 5
      percent of the successful bid will be required.
