We just got some good news big PayPal changes are coming, the new changes are to suppose to
affect their frozen funds policy. As many of you may already know PayPal is know for freezing
their users funds without warning, I have even had my personal PayPal funds frozen before, so
with the new PayPal changes hopefully no one will get their funds frozen again.

PayPal has made it very hard for many of their users and have put many of them in very tight
spots. It can be very frustrating when you can’t access your funds that are legitimately yours.
Because of this eBay have decided to make some PayPal changes to ensure more transparency.

We cannot tell you exactly what PayPal changes will be made to our frozen funds policies, but
what we can tell you is we are going to make things work better and be a lot less frustrating for
our users we have put in tight spots over the years, 2013 is going to be a better year for PayPal
and our users said PayPal senior director of communications, Anuj Nayar.

Personally when my funds in my PayPal account got frozen it was a nightmare to resolve and I
have heard many stories of other users that have experience the same thing. Currently PayPal
system could freeze the funds in any account for 21 days or up to 180 days if they suspect fraud
activity. While the new PayPal changes maybe a mysterious, users that have been burned by
frozen funds in the past are happy PayPal are finally going to make some serious changes how
they addresses fraud concerns and the process of checking into the concerns.
