          Create a Facebook Event
•    In your page’s admin panel, click   •    “Share” the event:

•    List the info in the broker open description:
      –  Address
      –  Date
      –  Time
      –  Home description (if room)
       Upload Images to Instagram
•    Take or upload pictures to your
     Instagram:
       –  Front of the house – Inside Of
          House
       –  Zoom in on special features
       –  Try PicStitch if you want a
          collage of photos
•    Add filters to enhance photo
•    Include broker open info in caption
•    Share the photos to your social
     networks
                    Rinse and Repeat
•    Keep announcing your broker open up until the day of the
     event
•    Staggered Posting tip:
      –  Post to Facebook ASAP
      –  Tweet out at the same time or two hours later
      –  Post picture of the house with info on Instagram the next
         day
      –  Tweet out again at a different time than yesterday
      –  Post on LinkedIn on day three
•    Note: Try the Open Home Pro iPad app to collect leads during
     your broker open
                        Follow Up
•  Follow up after your Open House or Broker Open
    –  Connect with your potential leads on your social media sites
    –  Post pictures from the broker open on your social media sites
