Creating a blog is a wonderful way to start list building. You know with list building
you need to get people’s trust. So a great way to get people’s trust is through a blog.
The people get to know you. Be yourself on the blog so people can begin to like and
trust you.

Having a Blog Can Increase Sales


Having a blog is hard work and requires dedication to blog everyday on something of
importance to your audience. If you are in a business that has multiple products
blogging certainly will be easier than a business that has only one product. If you
blog each day about a particular product and its value, then in time people will begin
to trust you and check out your blogs daily. Soon they will opt in to your website to




learn more. This takes time but it is well worth the venture.

Where to get a Blog


When looking for a place to blog, Google blog sites. Then check out the blogging
site’s Alexa ranking. You will want the lower number in the ranking so that you
know your blog will probably get seen more than a site that has an Alexa ranking of
100,000. Any rank below 51,000 is usually a good site to use. Sign up for a blog,
read the rules about blogging and remember to blog every day.

What happens if I don’t have a Blog
If you do not have a blog, can’t write a blog or do not have the time to blog. There is
a service called fiverr.com where someone will write your blogs for around $5. This
will save you time but not the money. It can get pretty expensive since you should
blog every day. If you cannot blog you can use twitter or Facebook but be careful of
their rules about spamming.

Running out of Blog Posts



When you run out of things to talk about go to an article site and read some articles.
You can read them and then get ideas of what to write about. You may also learn
some new strategies to use and you can post them on our site. Remember blogging
should be your way of thinking and how you do things. You want people to come
back and read your blog daily. One guy was blogging about internet marketing, then
one day he talked about getting presents for the holidays. I thought what is he doing,
but then I realized that he is getting personal in his blog so I could get to know him.
Thank goodness he only did it once and not every day. When I read a blog I want to
know about what the blog is about, not someone’s life day by day. It is okay to go off
topic once in a while but do not go off on tangents, make your blog a purposeful blog.
