									    Bond Street Station Upgrade Project
ACTIVITY NOTIFICATION January 2013

Dear Sir / Madam,

This letter is to advise you of the next stage of utility works for the Bond Street Station Upgrade. This work
involves strengthening of existing sewers through the introduction of internal linings, in preparation for future
project tunnelling works. Most of the work is undertaken within the sewers though men, plant and materials
will be marshalled above ground to access points through existing manhole locations as shown on the plan
below (marked A and B). The work is generally to be undertaken at night when dry weather flows are at low
levels; this also serves to minimise surface disruption.

Stratford Place Sewer Lining Works (A)

This work is due to begin on Monday 21st January and is expected to last for approximately 9 weeks.

Tyburn Sewer Lining Enabling Works (B)

This work will enlarge the existing manhole in the vehicle carriageway outside Forever 21 providing access
for future sewer lining works. It will begin on Monday 21st January and it is expected to last for
approximately 6 nights. Two way traffic, alternating eastbound/westbound, will be controlled by stop go
boards through a single lane past the works.

Both of these works will be carried out at night, between 10pm-6am. We will of course endeavour to
minimise disturbance although we do not expect these works to be intrusive.
