ELKO DAILY PART OF SCAM?

I've requested Elko, Nevada's newspaper look into my complaint that Elko Sheriff Jim Pitts is scamming jail inmates on bail. Elko County Sheriff's Dept told me and my bail bond agent, Aawsome Bail Bonds (Agent Ildi Timmons - 807 W Silver St - Elko, NV 89801 - 775-934-5467) my bail was over $3100, for which I forked over $360, 15% of the total. Then I find out the Elko Daily, the local newspaper listed my bail as only $2164. I don't doubt this is another Elko, Nevada racket. I'm not kidding - you've never lived in a more corrupt place. So far the "sheriff" hasn't responded to my faxed letter.
