April 8-9, 2010
Ponte Vedra Inn & Club
Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida
Welcome
   Ponte Vedra Beach

Ponte Vedra Beach welcomes you to enjoy world-class golf and
spas, luxury resorts with stunning private beaches, fine dining and
shopping. In the early 1900’s, Ponte Vedra Beach was nothing
more than a pristine wilderness of sand dunes, swamps,
alligators and palmetto trees. In 1912 Ponte Vedra Beach became
a frontier mining town through the discovery of valuable minerals
that were in high demand during World War I. Shortly after the
war, mining operations ceased and the transformation from
former mining town to nationally recognized seaside community
began. Resort life at Ponte Vedra Beach dates back to 1928, when
this quaint seaside retreat attracted the upper classes from all
over the Eastern and Midwestern states. Today, Ponte Vedra
Beach offers the same sun, sand and surf as when it first began.
