                     The Board amended the interagency agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to continue assisting in
                     the implementation of the FederalReporting.gov project through Fiscal Year 2010. FederalReporting.gov is the central
                     nationwide data collection system for Federal Agencies and Recipients of Federal awards under Section 1512 of the
        1
                     Recovery Act. The FederalReporting.gov website works in conjunction with the Recovery.gov website to provide a
                     comprehensive solution for Recipient reporting and Recovery data transparency. Per OMB Guidance, EPA will separately
                     show obligations incurred against reimbursable income from Recovery Act funds.


                     The Board entered into an interagency agreement with the U.S. Postal Service for training. Per OMB guidance, the Postal

                     Service will separately show obligations incurred against reimbursable income incurred from Recovery Act funds.


                     The Board exercised an option for the continued operation and maintenance of Recovery.gov including hosting platform,
                     database technology, programming languages, and design services to include but not limited to visual design, user-

                     interface design, information architecture, design engineering, project management and enhancements to continue to
                     deliver a Web site with interactive data-visualization and Web-application level functionality.



        4            Completed FederalReporting.gov updates and enhancements for April 2010 reporting cycle.




                     03/03/2010 - RATB staff provided personnel from the EPA OIG Forensic Audit team and IRS CID a capabilities

                     demonstration of oversight activities in the Recovery Operations Center.



                     03/08/2010 - RATB staff provided the Deputy Regional Commissioner for GSA a capabilities demonstration of oversight

                     activities in the Recovery Operations Center.

                     3/9/10 - In conjunction with 6 OIGs (USDA, GSA, HUD, DoD, EPA, and NSF) , the Board initiated a review of the

                     effectiveness of agency data quality review processes.



                     3/10/10 - In conjunction with 5 OIGs (ED, Labor, DHS, HHS, and NSF), the Board initiated a review of the accuracy of

                     data being reported by recipients under Section 1512 of the Recovery Act.


                     03/10/2010 - RATB staff provided members of the DOD OIG Audit team and the DOJ Executive Director of FFETF a
        9
                     capabilities demonstration of oversight activities in the Recovery Operations Center.


                     3/11/10 - In conjunction with Department of Commerce OIG, the Board issued the Review of Contracts and Grants
        10           Workforce Staffing and Qualification in Agencies Overseeing Recovery Act Funds report. This analysis was required
                     under the Recovery Act.


                     03/11/2010 - RATB staff provided the DOI OIG Acquisitions Fraud Specialist Workshop group a capabilities

                     demonstration of oversight activities in the Recovery Operations Center.


                     03/17/2010 - RATB staff provided international visitors from Meridian Hill House State Department a capabilities

                     demonstration of oversight activities in the Recovery Operations Center.


                     03/18/2010 - RATB staff provided White House staffers and personnel from TIGTA ASACs a capabilities demonstration of
