         Don't forget badge when you go out of Image Room

                               Mouse Prepare
                             Anaesthetize mice
                             Remove tag

                              Breathe Monitor
              1. Start PC
              2. Connect USB cable
              3. Start PC-SAM
              4. Gating ---- Check "Respiration-Invert" 40-110


                                Scanner Setup
1. Put mouse in the mice head bed. move arm forward and screw
2. Lightly pull back, close the air with mouth
3. Tape head behind eyes, tape arm, back
4. Insert the holder into the rack, fist line aim mouse head
5. Insert the rack into the MRI cone, second line on rack aim edge of cone
6. Insert cone into the scanner, leave about 6cm out, tape vacuum tube inside
7. After start program "Wobble", open back door, adjust the signal to mini green)



                              Isoflurane Setup
           Check isoflurance level, Air = 20
           Start to anaesthetize with 1.5, after sleep low down to 0.8-1.0-1.2
           Keep one of the switch on (avoid block)
                                     Para Vision 4.0




1. New Patient----Duan080218 (<10 letter)
2. New Study----BHD064 (Study ID)
                    Purpose-----CMRM-zhipeng
                    Position-----Prone (supine)
3. At new jump out window, Choose Protocol-----Flash Tripilot,
4. Click tools button
    Spectrometer Control ----ACQ----Wobble,
5. Adjust capacitor to mini green signal, let the peak sharp to bottom "0"
6. Stop, wait 5 second.
7. Click traffic light----Automatically judge scanner
8. After scan right click last sample----Clone Scan
9. Geometry---- "/" magnifies image(1x1 2x2)----adjust position of each slide #1, #2, #3,
10. If mouse position need change or no image need " Right click last sample-
    Close Geometry, Undo scan ---- (Shift + Traffic light)", then back to # 9.
11. Traffic light
12. New Scan
13. Load Reference----Quick_T2WT_2DMS
14. Geometry---- "/" Adjust position again. Accept
15. Traffic light
16. New Scan
17. Geometry then Load Reference
18. T2WT_2D Axial HD Trigger or no Trigger then "/" Adjust position again
19. GSP----about 10 second see Digital Filling between 40-70%
20. Change Receiver Gain to 1150-1440-1820
21. GOP start scan (trigger need 40min, 25min without trigger)
            If quick scan image not clear, TX is not between 21~22 (21.5x15.4)
                  Click ACQ-Standard Adjustments-Protocol ADJ_REFG
                                      Leg Muscle Scan

1. New Patient---kwn080312 (<10 letter)
2. New Study----1659 (Study ID)
                    Purpose-----CMRM-zhipeng
                    Position-----Prone (supine)
3. At new jump out window, Choose Protocol-----Flash Tripilot--(*-1-1),
4. Click tools button

15. Method--MRI-zhipeng--Quick_T2WT_2DMS--(*-4-1)
16. Geometry---- "/" load reference of (*-2-1) and (*-3-1), Adjust position again. Accept
17. Traffic light
18. New Scan--(*-5-1)
19. Method--MRI-zhipeng--legmuscle_T2map(or T2map-sat)
    Geometry then Load Reference of --(*-4-1)
20. GSP----about 10 second see Digital Filling between 40-70%
21. Change Receiver Gain to 100-200
22. GOP start scan (≈25min)
23. New Scan--(*-6-1)
24. Method--MRI-zhipeng--legmuscle_T2WT (or T2WT-sat)
25. Load reference of --(*-4-1), import Geometry of T2Map(*-5-1)) then "/" Adjust
    position again, change slide thickness to 0.4mm×50 slide,
26. GSP----about 10 second see Digital Filling between 40-70%
27. Change Receiver Gain to 250-300-400
28. GOP start scan (≈45min)

   Hold middle button + shift drag-and-drop
   the data from scan overview to upper left view put of image display
                                   Export Image

                           Reconstruction size to 128 × 128
                           Out size to 128 × 128
