Revolution was launched in Singapore in March of 2005 and
immediately became a hit with watchmakers and watch-
lovers, not only in Asia but worldwide. An American edition of
the magazine was successfully launched in the fall of 2006,
and in 2007 Fine Life Media began to publish a Russian-
language editionfor the Russian market. By the end of that
year, Revolution editions for China, Hong Kong, and Italy had
been launched. Since 2008, the magazine has been available
to watch connoisseurs in Spain, and in a French-language
edition in France, Switzerland and Belgium. A Mexican edi-
tion came out in 2009. In 2012, the publishing house Burda
purchased the license to publish Revolution in Russia and
Ukraine, which opened up new possibilities for the magazine
and boosted its development potential.
