Website: www.clevelandorganistsandchoirmasters.org 1 October 2009 Dear Member Our next meeting takes place in St Peter’s Church, Yarm Road, Stockton, with kind permission of the Vicar and th Churchwardens, on Saturday 24 October 2009 at 7.30pm. It takes the form of a composite organ recital by the brothers, George and Alan Barber (George being the Director of Music at St Peter’s). This provides an opportunity to hear for the first time the magnificent sound of the Makin 3 manual computer organ newly installed in June. Sadly I have to report the death of Gordon Trenholm on 21 September, whilst in South Africa. We extend our deepest sympathy to this family. A memorial service will take place in Stockton at a later date.
