The Hudson Police Department will be sponsoring the 40th Semi-Annual American
Red Cross Blood Drive at the Hudson Community Center on Tuesday, September
23, 2008, from 12:00 pm (noon) until 7:00 pm.
The 40th drive will be serving a variety of food from many area restaurants and
stores. After donating, replenish your body with food selections provided by:
Panera Bread (Amherst Street, Nashua location), Uno’s Chicago Grill (Nashua
Locations), Valentino’s Restaurant, Bill Cahill’s Super Subs, T-Bones, Nan King,
Chick-fil-a, Professor’s Pizza and Pizza Man.
As a token of our appreciation, ALL donors will receive a coupon for: one blizzard
from the Hudson Dairy Queen, one personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut, one
sandwich from Chick-fil-a with the purchase of a Dasani water, and a Red Sox
Nation Red Cross t-shirt. The first 100 donors will receive a free carnation,
compliments of Flowers on the Hill in Hudson.
In addition, all donors will be given the chance to win raffle prizes including: an
automatic car starter donated by GS Audiowurks of Hudson, four movie passes to
O’Neil Theatres in Londonderry and an autographed photograph of Boston Red
Sox infielder, Alex Cora.
Additional American Red Cross Staff will be on hand to keep waiting time to a
minimum and while you wait copies of The Telegraph will be available.
All eligible donors have to be at least 17 years old, weighing 110 pounds or more and
feeling in good health. First time donors are welcome! If you have any questions
