Leg and Panel Clip Installation
1 Fit eight hexagon shaped mounting brackets (C), to the shower tray
underside with the 30mm screws (E) supplied (See Fig 1a & b). Leg sets must
be positioned to give an evenly supported structure and should avoid panel
fixing points and any existing plumbing (See Fig 7 & Fig 8 on page 5).
Note! For shower trays larger than 1400mm it is recommended that additional
s
upport (i.e. wooden battens, baseboards or similar) should be fitted to
the shower tray underside. These can also be used for smaller shower trays
for additional support if required.
2 Push the hexagon end of the threaded leg tubes (D) into the mounting
rackets (C) fixed to the shower tray and crew the remaining ounting
b s m
brackets (C), as feet, onto the threaded leg tubes (D). Adjust the height of the
leg sets to suit the height of panels A or B (See Fig 2).
Note! Threaded leg tubes (D) can be cut down in length if required with a hacksaw.

4 If using a shower tray with a built in tiling upstand, allowance must be made
for recessing the tray into adjacent walls to allow tiling down onto the tray
surface. With the shower tray in position and adjusted to expected height,
mark around top edge and bottom edge of the shower tray onto the
adjoining walls and recess the walls to accept the sides of the shower tray
allowing 10mm above and below the shower tray for possible adjustment
(See Figs 3-4).
Note! When installing or considering recessing any shower tray into adjacent
walls, please ensure that your chosen enclosure is compatible with the
remaining dimension of the tray.
5 Eight panel clips (F) and sixteen screws (G) are supplied for securing the
fi
panels (A or B). These MUST be evenly spaced and xed onto the base of
the shower tray for the ResinLite (See Fig 5 on page 5) or on the floor
( c t s
See Fig 7 on page 5) in all other ases, using he 12mm crews (G) adjacent
T o
the panel sides of the installation. he open end f the clips (F) should fit flush
to the sides of the shower tray (See Fig 5 & 8 on pages 5), adjust the open
end of the panel clips (F) using pliers to accept the panels (A & B) under
light tension.
Note! The shower tray should be levelled on the top rims only, as the tray has a built
in fall for adequate drainage (See Fig 4a & 4b).

On (Easy Plumb) shower trays, mark the outer diameter of the tray on the floor (See
Fig 6) and fix the panel clips ‘evenly spaced’ to the floor adjacent the panel side of
the installation within the marked area. The open end of clips should fit flush to the
marked line (See Fig 7), adjust the open end of the panel clips using pliers to accept
the panels under light tension.
6 Position the shower tray and level using the adjustable leg assemblies
( e
comprising items C & D) (See Fig 2 on page 3), nsuring a good fit with panel
height. Fit the waste (L) and connect to the waste pipe directly or via the
‘
flexi waste pipe’ (M) supplied.
Note! The shower tray and all connections MUST be checked for water flow,
t
ightness and drainage before final installation and adjust the legs if required.

7 Panels (A & B) should now be cut using a sharp knife or a mitre saw (taking
great care to avoid injury), for the size and type of shower tray being installed
up to 1200mm i.e. line (X) on (Fig 9 or 10 on page 6).
8 For shower trays greater than 1200mm upto 1400mm, use optional extension
ack and fit as (Fig 10 on page 6).
p
9 For shower trays greater than 1400mm, use optional extension pack and cut
as (X) on (Fig 11 on page 6) to achieve the desired dimension and an evenly
spaced join between the two front panels.
Note! It is recommended that addition support (i.e. wooden batons or
similar) is given to shower trays larger than 1400mm.

Please ensure that all panels are orientated to fit together as either
(Fig 9, 10 11 or 12) using joining brackets (H), (J), or (N) as shown by removing
the blue self adhesive backing strips and attach to panels.
10 For pentangle shower trays, please mitre cut the panels to suit the angle
and lines (X) of the particular size of tray being installed (See Fig 12) using
the special pentangle joining brackets (N) as shown.
11 Panels in this kit may have a protective film (indicated by a label) covering
that MUST be removed before fitting the panels to the shower tray by sliding
the edge of the panels (A & B) into the clips (F).

12 After all checks and adjustments, seal along the tiling line with a silicone
sealent. Ensure that all mating surface are clean and free from
contaminates (See Fig 14).

Versatile Seal Strip Installation
s
The Versatile Seal Strip (K) will instantly transform any flat top hower tray or bath to
a tiling upstand option.
Note! This is an optional item that should be installed at a stage prior to
section 4 page 4 if required.
This consists of extruded strips fitted with a mould resistant and anti bacterial
cushioned seal to ensure a snug fit against both the shower tray side wall and top rim
which combined with its angled design helps ensure a watertight seal between the
shower tray and the wall.
1 Measure the length of strips required and cut to size carefully using a sharp
knife (See Fig 1).
Cut

2 Mitre any bends or joining ends at 45˚ angle to form a corner joint (See Fig 2).
Fig 2 Fig 3
3 Clean all mating surfaces of the shower tray using a proprietary silicone
cleaning solvent prior to application.
Note! Avoid spillage on visible areas as some solvents may mark the surface.
4 Fit the Versatile Seal Strip (K) by removing the two backing strips from the
xing tape on the strip and pply to the tray as shown (See Fig 1).
fi a
5 Apply a small bead of silicone on the internal mitred or jointed ends before
tiling. This will ensure a waterproof seal as shown (See Fig 3).
Finally install shower tray and tile down over the seal strip to the surface.
