Slump Block Walls-recently several of the perimeter
block walls facing Santo, Clairemont Mesa and La
Cuenta were repaired by St. Pierre Stone & Concrete.
The rotted wood on top of the walls was removed and
concrete blocks were added to the top of the walls.
St. Pierre is also currently installing new slump block
retaining walls along La Cuenta.




                                                             Handrails-the board recently approved a contract to
                                                             install 35 metal handrails throughout the community.
                                                             All locations are exterior staircases having four, or
                                                             more steps and do not currently have a handrail. The
                                                             project is scheduled to begin the week of May 21,
                                                             2012.




                                                             Tree Trimming-The annual tree trimming for 2012-
                                                             2013 will begin in late July. The contract will focus
                                                             primarily on trees that are currently over-hanging
                                                             roofs, chimneys and light posts.
