Program Selection:
Sphere of Influence Program – Schedule a custom program of greeting cards chosen by you and mailed
on a quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis to your clients. There is a minimum database requirement of 50
or a minimum charge for 50 clients, with a minimum of 4 mailings per year. 2 pricing structures are available.

Emailed Proof With Client Database Attached for reviewing purposes,
Greeting Card, Greeting Card Imprinting, Hand-Signed First Name on
Greeting Card, Business Cards Inserted, Envelope, Envelope Addressing,
First-Class Commemorative Postage Stamp, Delivery to Post Office.
Pricing is per client/per mailing based on chart below.

3 Year Home Anniversary Program – 7 greeting cards are mailed every six months for 3 years,
commencing on the customers close of escrow. We offer 3 different card lines to choose from. Minimum of 5
clients required for new customers.

Special Occasion Cards – Onetime Greeting Card: Sympathy, New Baby, Congratulations, Get Well, etc.

Services Provided
All greeting cards are hand-signed with customer’s first name signature. (Exception-SOI2 Program)
Envelopes are personalized with customer’s return address, using elegant penmanship fonts.
Commemorative first class postage is used.
Business cards are enclosed. Customer will also be notified when additional business cards are needed. If business
cards are not provided, mailings are sent without them. (Exception-SOI2 Program)
Customer’s name, company name, and telephone number are imprinted on Greeting Cards. (Exception-3 Year
Home Anniversary Program)
Client Databases are confidential and never released to any 3rd parties. They are used solely for the purpose of
fulfilling mailings on your behalf.
Charges and Billing
There is an initial $35.00 sign-up fee.
There is an annual renewal fee of $15.00.
Customer is billed the entire cost of the 3 Year Home Anniversary Program at time of closing. Customer can drop
client any time during the program, and will receive a $2.50 per card in-house credit on all cards not yet mailed.
Customer can discontinue the Sphere of Influence program prior to the expiration of the annual program by

submitting written notice 30 days prior to the 1 day of the month of the next scheduled mailing. A price adjustment
will also be charged based on the actual number of mailings that were completed in the annual program.
All mailings will be charged to customer’s credit card at the time of each mailing with invoices being emailed each
month.
Miscellaneous charges:
o Initial List Data Entry .25 cents per name (Waived if database is emailed in acceptable format)
o Additions/changes/delete client information .25 cents
o Resend card $2.50
o Zip code research .25 cents
o Customer office move $10.00
o Client labels .15 cents
o Client envelopes .25 cents (If needed for additional mailings done personally)
o Custom verse $10.00
