DREAM MAGICK Dream magick is a magick that alters, changes, and gives control over dreams. This can be one of the most useful types of magick and divination when you learn to cast it properly. I am a very skilled in Dream Magick and there are many dream spells in the Library of Magick, but here are a few things you should know before continuing: 1) Using a Dream Charm, even just to bring a normal dream, is considered casting a dream spell/ritual. 2) Only one dream spell can be cast per night and when cast, they need to be done in perfect order. 3) Casting a Sleeping Spell/Ritual counts as casting a Dream Spell/Ritual as Dream Magick is also the practice of soothing one's self or one's loved ones into a restful and regenerated sleep. 4) Casting spells to call dreams usually end up giving you dream the following nights after the spells has ended. This "side-effect" should be thought about before casting your spell as you may prefer not to have your dreams remembered. 5) Always, with any type of magick, divination, psychic learning or ritual, believe in yourself one hundred twenty percent: Studies have shown that even just believing in yourself doubles you magick powers. SPELL TO FIND YOUR ANIMAL TOTEM Now back to the actual spell: As for as I have been informed, You animal totem is the animal of which your spirit is kin, meaning that your animal totem (or power animal if I'm not mistaking) is the animal to which your spirit is represented by, in essence it is your spirit animal, it s not your familiar or anything but the animal you are represented by. To cast the spell you must say it before you go to sleep. Usually the dream comes and is short, normally just a vision of the animal that is your totem, if you happen to see a mythical beast don't worry, your totem can be one. This is the incantation: Guardians of the spirit world, I call you to my side, Reveal my spirit animal, My protector and guide, Show the power, beauty, and grace in the radiant eyes of my guardian's face. Please NOTE: If you don't have a result the first night, try the next night and keep going until you have the dream. Although this isn't truly a dream spell, because it affects your dreams I have thought to put in this category. Please also note that when this spell is cast to not cast a dream spell or use a dream charm. My friend gave this spell to me; she had gotten it from another friend, who had gotten it from a book. My friend is no longer friends with this other girl and she no longer has the book so the origin of this spell is unknown to me. I have told you this as to make sure you know that I haven't written this spell and it was in fact made by a professional witch. If you, however, know the name or author of the book that this can be found in please tell me so I can give them the proper credit they deserve. FULL MOON DREAM SPELL This spell is used to call dreams of past-lives, the future, guidance, magick, and will help you remember the dream that you have. It may also give a warning of something bad to come. Cast this spell on the night of a full moon. Aside from this, there are only to restrictions when casting this spell: 1) You must say it during True-Night (9:00pm to 3:00am) and 2) You must be asleep by Twilight-Moonset (3:00am to 9:00am). On the day of the full moon write the following incantation on a post-it-note or piece of paper (I prefer the former, but the latter will do in a pinch if you've got some tape): Within the light of the full moon, Bring a dream before the morning soon. Dreams of past-lives, magick, and more, Grant this spell from shore to shore. Remember my dream in the morning, See the future; send me a warning. When you go to bed: Go into your bed, with the spell, and whisper it once, say it in your mind once, and say it aloud once. (NOTE: you must say it in that exact order.) Then hang it on the wall next to your bed (if you have a dream catcher, put the paper behind it). Then, in this order, say, "Grant my whish": aloud, in your mind, and as a whisper. As soon as you get up write down the exact dream, as you remember it, and also write down how you were feeling when you awoke: were you sweating? Did you have a tingling in your palm? Were you insanely happy? How you were feeling when you woke up is your warning. After doing this take down the paper and rip it up, or shred it, and throw it away NOTE: this must be done before Twilight-Sunset (3:00pm to 9:00pm) begins on the day you had the dream. (NOTE: If you fail to destroy it before Twilight-Sunset begins you must either soak it in water until the ink runs or burn it. If you burn it be VERY CAREFULL and have your parent's permission to burn it. If you burn it USE EVERY FIRE SAFETY PRECOUTION THERE IS.) Happy dreaming. DREAM REMEMBERING CHARM This charm, or spell, will help you to remember dreams upon wakening. There are two ways to do this. 1) This you use your Dream Charm. First you take your Dream Charm and rub it with a freshly picked daffodil and then say this: I enchant this charm to do no harm, but to hold my dreams in all of its seams. That night put your Dream Charm beneath your pillow and go to sleep. When you wake up if you don't remember your dream, hold your Dream Charm and meditate upon it; your dream should come back. When you wish to cast this charm again, take a fresh daffodil and rub it on your Dream Charm and put it under your pillow before bed. The second way to do this is saying a simple incantation before you go to sleep and in the morning you should remember the dream. Here's the spell: Remember the dream of which I see, In the morning it'll be in my memory. FUTURE WARNING DREAM SPELL This dream spell will make your remember the dream you have, but it comes with a cost: The dream you have will be premonition, meaning that it tells of the future. It can come encrypted or be plain about what is to come; you just have to find out what it means. If you don't want the premonition but wish to remember a dream, use the spell supplied above. Here is the incantation: Remember my dream in the morning, See the future, send me a warning . Please note that there is no spell to enchant a dream charm to give you premonitions. GUIDANCE DREAM SPELL This spell will bring a dream of guidance. Much like the dream spell above, this dream has two ways of being cast. The first is identical to the one above, except the incantation you say after you rub the charm with the daffodil is this: A charm of guidance I now enchant, You'll help me find guidance of which I can't. Do the same as above if you can't remember the guiding message. The second you cast as a simple spell before you fall asleep. This is the incantation: Guidance is what I now seek, bring it to me in my sleep. The spell is simple and you should be able to get guidance from it. FINDING YOUR DREAM CHARM A Dream Charm is a stone, which fits in your palm, that helps you with your dreaming. To create your own, find a rock (A small one that can be comfortable under your pillow) that you feel a power emanating from, but DO NOT steal a rock. After washing the rock you rub it with your fingertips and say: Enchant my dream Charm with Full Moon's might, Bring me dream in the night. Dream magick flows through your veins, growing in power as the moon wanes. Every night you can place the charm under your pillow and receive a dream that night. NOTE #1: According to the rules of dream magick, this is considered a spell. Using other incantations, you can enchant your Dream Charm to bring more than just one type of dream. NOTE #2: As the moon waxes, or get bigger, the Dream Charm will increase in power; the opposite will happen as the moon wanes, gets smaller, meaning it will loose power. This cycle repeats itself so don't worry.
