   A Flash from Principal Reese
Dear New Berlin Families,
I would like to first take the time to wish you and your family Soar to These Events
all the best during this New Year. Each New Year signifies a
new start; whether we are setting personal fitness goals, or January 2013
we are striving to learn a new skill, the New Year allows us an 8 SAC Mid-Year Stakeholders Mtg. 6pm
opportunity to take charge of our own direction. At New 9 Early Release

succeed to the best of their own individual abilities. We 15 FCAT Parent Night 4 & 5 Grade 6:30pm
resolve to continue to offer a wonderful and nurturing 17 Flag Raising Ceremony
learning environment for all of our students. And we look End of the 2nd Nine Weeks

Limit the amount of soda and snacks eaten.
     * Exercise your body and your mind on a daily basis.
     * Follow the Golden Rule—Treat others the way that
you would like to be treated.
                                                                                School Reminders
     * Read, Read, Read—success in school depends, in
large part, on a student’s ability to read and  School starts at 8:25
