                            Transfer of Shares to Existing Owner

Please provide the following documents for IATA to process a transfer of shares to an existing
shareholder.

       Notice of Change which should be signed by all transferors and transferees and notarized.

       Shareholders’Agreements (2 copies) signed by all the new shareholders.

     Application form to be completed, signed and notarized.

       Current financial statements prepared in accordance with paragraph (1) of the Standards and
        Methodology for the Evaluation of Financial Statements and accompanied by a Review
        Engagement Report. Any additional information relating to the financial position of the agency not
        reflected in the financial statements but relevant to the agency under the new share structure,
        needs to be provided by the Agent’s Accountant.

       Applicable fee of CAD$862.00 plus applicable taxes
