For depression Lamictal

Reviews
For depression: Lamictal. Start off with 20 mg. then work your way up to 100mg. once a day. Your doctor should let you know how to go about doing this. Take this when you wake up. For the bipolar: Zyprexa. 5 mg. once a day. However, if 5 mg. doesn’t work for you increase it to 10 mg. once a day. Take this before you go to bed at night. For anxiety: Ativan (Lorazepam) 1mg. twice a day before you go to bed and one when you wake up. Your doctor may discourage you from taking this medication because it may be addictive. However, I have found that out of all the anxiety medications that I have taken this one has worked the best without any side effects. You have to weigh out the situation and I personally am more concerned with the quality of life. If you have had a hysterectomy or you are going through menopause taking hormones could help you feel more balanced. The hormones that I’m taking are natural and come from a compound pharmacy. A doctor’s prescription is required to get them. These hormones have no side effects and I never have felt better since taking them. I’m taking 50 mg. of Progesterone one times per day at night before I go to bed. I’m also taking Tri-est which contains all three forms of estrogen. 10 mg. once a day at night before I go to bed. Now, everyone has a different chemical make-up so what works for me may not work for you. I’m simply giving you a program that may help you and I pray that it will. In addition to taking medication and hormones to balance me out I also take the following for energy: A Super B Complex with vitamin C. 100-150 mg. of Coenzyme Q 10 and Iron to maintain iron rich blood. I workout at home by doing 30 minutes of aerobics which helps of course to stay in shape but it also has the benefits of raising endorphins in the brain and helps with depression. I do this 4 times per week. I do 30 minutes of calisthenics; sit ups, push ups ect… There is a great workout tape that I use. It works you out from head to toe. It’s by Gilad. You can find him on line by typing in Gilad and the name of it is; The Best Of Bodies In Motion. I also do 30 minutes of yoga after my workout. It is a great stress reliever and it keeps me limber. I find that any workout, whether you are walking, swimming, or doing any type of exercise, is beneficial and will make you feel good mentally and physically. I hope and pray that my entire regimen will benefit you. Please feel free to Email me and let me know how you are doing. Take care of yourself. Yevette Yevette@yevettesbipolarhelp.com
