									The Villa
Casa da Vinha is situated on high ground with panoramic           Seaview from the Roof Terrace   Rear Terrace

minutes west of Faro Airport. It stands in nearly an acre of
it’s own grounds and gardens which contain many
specimen trees and shrubs.

The entrance is through a small courtyard that leads into the

To the right of the hall is the large indoor sitting room with
dining area. There is a satellite TV set.

There are five twin bedded rooms, two with bathrooms en-
suite. There is a third bathroom and a separate WC.

directly onto a terrace that surrounds the heated pool and
includes a shaded dining area.

Below the pool there is a barbeque and beyond that a path
though the trees leads to a Boule piste. Behind the villa there
is another garden area laid to grass which also has a shaded

The Locality
The old fishing village of Carvoeiro is about 1.5 kilometres
from the villa with dozens of restaurants and shops to suit all

tastes and a market that sells mainly fruit, vegetables, fish
and meat. Carvoeiro is geared, and priced for the tourist.

Alternatively, Lagoa is about 5 kilometres away, also with a
daily market and all the shops that are needed. On the way
to and from Lagoa there is a large French owned
supermarket, Intermarche. The nearest major town is

The area is rightly famous for sunshine and beaches, some
of which are small coves with steps down to them and
others have miles of open sand. Most have a restaurant or
bar.

for its hand-painted pottery, is a short 15 kilometre journey
from the villa.
