About the Homes The tour presents six beautiful Old World style homes surrounded by mature woods and overlooking a private lake. The homes are situated on estate sized lots in a secure gated community with a price range from $750,000 to over $1 million and 3,500 to 7,000+ square foot in size. Amenities include extensive hardwoods, beamed ceilings, custom cabinetry, culinary granite kitchens, personal theater rooms, and outdoor kitchens. The homes are built by our community’s most prestigious home builders including Brian D. Wiggs Homes, Caprock Resources, Hollinger & Associates, Murphy Resources, Rogers and Associates, and Willcut Properties.
About the Charity Scott Carter was a 13-year old boy who died in December 1993 after a courageous three-year battle with bone cancer. During the duration of his illness, he put together a remarkable collection of sports and celebrity memorabilia which he called "Scott Carter's Heroes". Scott’s dream was to display the collection for the enjoyment of the public and to raise money for children's cancer research. Scott believed that if enough time, energy and money were devoted to children's cancer research, a cure could be found for this dreaded disease, the number one disease killer of children today in the United States.
Because the Scott Carter Foundation is operated without any administrative costs, almost all money raised goes toward funding research projects. The Foundation has given over $1,000,000 to children's cancer research. Projects have includes the largest bone marrow registry in Tulsa through the Red Cross organization, funding of a SKYlab project and purchase of a specialized microscope in Omaha, Nebraska.

Local contributions have benefited Project Woman, a project that pays for mammograms for those who need them but cannot afford them, Camp OK Corral, a children's cancer camp provided through the American Cancer Society, and various other projects sponsored by the ACS through "Coaches vs. Cancer" across a multi-state region. The largest contributions have provided for research fellowships for young doctors across the nation. The Scott Carter Foundation has funded five of the two-year programs through the National Childhood Cancer Foundation.
