Article 2, paragraph (7) of the Grand-ducal regulation of 15 February 2010 establishing the qualification requirements of “réviseurs d’entreprises” : “In order to be valid, the
administrative certificate should :
- be an original;
- bear the name of the applicant;
- follow the subjects pattern […], and indicate for which subject the applicant has been examined and mention the number of ECTS;
- bear the name and the stamp of the University that issued it, be dated and manually signed by a person duly authorized to commit the University, indicating the
name and function of that person;
- if it refers to units rated as equivalent of Diplôme d’Etudes Comptables et Financières (DECF), Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Comptables et Financières (DESCF),
Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DCG) or Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DSCG), be accompanied by a statement of the University providing
it, stipulating that such equivalent units are granted to the University concerned by the Ministry of national education of the French Republic.”

Article 2, paragraph (5) of Grand-ducal regulation of 15 February 2010 establishing the qualification requirements of “réviseurs d’entreprises” : “The holder of a Master degree or
of an equivalent training that is not on the list of Master degrees or corresponding training […], will add the administrative certificate to his/her professional traineeship’s request.
This certificate, mentioning the topics passed and the related ECTS, must be established by the high school that delivered the diploma.”
