Contract of Employment with Domestic Service Worker
This agreement is made on the (date), between (Name of Employer) of (street address, city and
state), referred to as Employer, and (Name of Employee) of (street address, city and state),
referred to as Employee, referred to as Employee.
WHEREAS, Employer needs the services of a domestic employee; and
WHEREAS, Employee has been engaged in and has had at least (number) year(s) of paid
experience in domestic services; and
WHEREAS, Employee is willing to be employed by Employer, and Employer is willing to employ
Employee, on the terms, covenants, and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, for the reasons recited above, and in consideration of their following mutual
