Michigan Environmental Hall of Fame Seeks Nominees
The Michigan Environmental Hall of Fame is seeking nominees for the class
of 2013. Nominees can be indivduals, organizations or envirnmental
projects. Awards will be given at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum
in Grand Rapids on May 9.
North Muskegon, MI, December 31, 2012 -- The Michigan Environmental Hall
of Fame is seeking nominees for 2013. Inductees include Individuals,
Environmental Projects, Environmental Non-profit Organizations , and
Schools/Colleges with active environmental programs.
The selected nominees will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on May 9,
2013 in Grand Rapids, MI at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum.

The Muskegon Environmental Research Education Society (MERES) was
established in 1996 as a by-product of the Muskego Conversation Club. In
1997 MERES acquired the Muskegon Lake Nature Preserve, which now serves
