The stopping of delivery is effected by the simple process of notifying the carrier transporting the goods or the bailee holding them to make no delivery to the buyer. As the carrier or the bailee may not exercise any judgment as to whether the seller is justified in stopping the delivery, there is no need for the seller to set forth in the seller's notice the basis on which the seller acts, other than that the seller acts under the authority of Uniform Commercial Code � 2-705(1).
