The day is specifically designed for Carers, Agencies & Residential Homes involved with
delivering care to spinal cord injured people.

The Study Day will be held in the Seminar Room 2, NSIC Stoke Mandeville Hospital. The cost
for the day is £30. This cost includes coffee, buffet lunch and tea. We will be accepting 25
people for the day, on a “first come, first served” basis.

The course fee must accompany the application or it will not be valid. Telephone
bookings will not be accepted. Notification of acceptance on the course will be by return of
post.

Please make your cheque payable to Bucks Hospital Charitable Fund (2121), and send
directly to Lindsay Dutton (Patient Education Co-ordinator), NSIC at the above address.

NB: Please note that Stoke Mandeville Hospital is a Smoke Free Site. Smoking is not permitted
in any part of the Trust’s entrances, premises or grounds.
