									     Which airline must be chosen in Christmas, by Travelgenio and Travel2be


After analyzing the 1st survey about satisfaction and tencency airlines travelers, promoted by
Travelgenio and Travel2be, we can reveal who are the airlines customers and what do they think
about the flight companies and on the specific issues of their travel experiences. Now that
Christmas holidays are here, it's interesting to see the passengers opinion.


Who are the passengers?


According to the survey´s conclusions, the airlines customers' age is between 41 and 55 years old,
they have some type of university degree and they are working. The actual tendency is the online
reservation, used by the 70,47% of the asked travelers.


Best and worst valorated flight companies


In some of the survey questions, the 145000 passengers were asked about the 15 companies with
the highest turnover. The final ranking was:

As we can see, despite all companies are satisfactory for users, there is an important difference
between first and last places.
Talking about the best valorated ones, they stay on that place because of the comfortability and
punctuality.
Regarding the worst companies, they have positive aspects such as price or the check-in facility.


In concrete aspects, which company has the best valoration?
One of the most important parts of the survey were the concrete questions of the travel experience.
From the answers, the best company attending to the check-in facility or the aircraft cleaning is
Easyjet.
Vueling is the best company on staff's attention during the flight, while, if the question focuses on
the overall comfort during the journey, British Airways rises to the best place.
One of the questions was about the included luggage or the luggage extra taxes, and Aerolíneas
Argentinas heads the positive replies.
US Airways is the best positioned one in loyalty programs and the hand luggage space, while KLM
takes first place if we point the space reserved for legs.
Price and punctuality gives a clear name for the customers: Ryanair.
