accessed like this:
Visit the Yahoo! Site Explorer page at http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com. Sign in to your
account with your username and password.
Click the "Submit Your Site" link. Click on "Submit Site Feed." Paste the link to the URL list
file. Click on "Submit Feed."
Click on "Authentication." Click on "Upload a Verification File." Click "Download" to
download the HTML verification file.
Upload the verification file to the root level of your website. Click "Ready to Authenticate."
